We are very excited
about our senior herdsire at Walnut Ridge. Carolyn fell in love with
this beautiful male while we attended the 2000 Llamallennium Sale at
Berry Acres. We saw him again when we went to the 2000 Eastern
Regionals in Harrisonburg, Virginia where he placed 2nd in the Heavy
Wool Adult Male division. He went on to place 6th in the 2000
Grand Nationals. Thanks to Dan & Dale Goodyear, he now
resides at Walnut Ridge. Epic has now retired from the
showring with outstanding record, which includes a Grand Championship
at the 2002 Southeastern Regionals for the 2nd year in a row and "Best
Of Show" at the 2002 TLC Spring Show in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Epic has incredibly large, sturdy bone, soft thick fiber, and
a "please take me to the show ring personality." His beautiful face
and head reminds you of his maternal side grandsire, Fiduciary. Epic
is great with children and loves to hike, visit schools, and walk with
anyone willing to take the lead. This very correct son of Garbo's
Count Zorach is truly taking substance and stature to “epic”
proportions. He will offer size, fiber, confirmation, and a gentle
disposition to his future offspring. We are proud to offer him for
three outside breedings per year. He currently has 6
beautiful crias on the ground (3 males & 3 females).
